Prudence Bobe
Prudence currently serves as the Board Chairperson for Timveni Child and Youth Media Organization. In this role, she brings thoughtful leadership and strategic oversight, helping to steer the organization in line with its mission to amplify the voices of children and youth through media. Under her guidance, Timveni has strengthened its partnerships, deepened its impact, and remained grounded in its commitment to youth empowerment. Her leadership style blends vision with practical engagement, making her a trusted steward of the organization’s future.
Kate Kujaliwa
Kate is a highly respected communications professional and certified life coach based in Malawi. As the Secretary General of the Public Relations Society of Malawi (PRSM), she plays a central role in promoting professional excellence in public relations across the country. Kate is also widely known for her work as a personal finance and life coach, where she supports individuals and entrepreneurs in building sound financial habits and achieving personal growth. She was recently featured in the Standard Bank Money Matters for Women Series, where she shared insightful guidance for women in business. Beyond her professional pursuits, Kate remains actively engaged in community upliftment, using her voice and expertise to drive positive change.
Khwesi Msusa
Khwesi is a well-rounded professional whose career spans leadership roles in both the public and private sectors. His versatility is matched by his deep commitment to social impact, demonstrated through initiatives like the “Clean Blantyre” campaign during his time as General Manager at Continental Outdoor Media. Khwesi is also active in Malawi’s political sphere, where he contributes to organizational development within the UTM. Whether in boardrooms or on community platforms, he brings strategic insight, a strong work ethic, and a passion for driving meaningful change.
Ralph Mhone
Ralph is a distinguished lawyer with over 38 years of experience who was recently conferred the title of Senior Counsel (SC) in recognition of his outstanding contribution to the legal profession. He has extensive experience in legal practice, specialising in governance, justice, and accountability. Mhone is widely respected for his professionalism, integrity, and commitment to upholding the rule of law in Malawi. Beyond his legal career, he is actively involved in community development and youth empowerment. He serves as a Trustee for Timveni Child and Youth Media Organization, where he provides strategic guidance and oversight. His role at Timveni demonstrates his commitment to amplifying the rights and voices of children and young people in Malawi
Joab Frank Chakhaza
With over 17 years of experience in radio and television broadcasting, Joab Frank Chakhaza is a seasoned media and communications expert. He brings a dynamic blend of creativity and strategy to his work, grounded in a deep understanding of storytelling and audience engagement. Joab is also a talented linguist, educator, and performing artist fluent in French and English, and gifted as an actor, singer, dancer, and master of ceremonies. A proud Chevening alumnus, Joab has contributed to major media platforms such as Zodiak Broadcasting Station and continues to be a trusted voice in Malawi’s media landscape
Timveni Child and Youth Media Organisation uses radio and television to give a voice to Malawi's young people, especially girls, on children's rights. The organization exists to help young people in Malalwi make a difference in their own lives, create awareness about children’s rights, and build the capacity of children and young people.
